Salmon on Miss Mini???

I'm planning on doing the salmon with Dijon Bourbon Glaze by Gret1, will I have much of a problem doing this on Miss Mini??? Maybe only use a small amount of lump so it's not so close to the grill??? I normally use my large for this but will have to use the little one. ÜÜÜ

I'd say a small bit of lump would do the trick, and if you can raise the grate like YB does, that would be perfect. That little sucker aint got a lot of space, but it sho can cook.[p]Best toya
