Miso Shrimp

Made some great shrimp this weekend with a miso marinade and served them over a salad with a miso based dressing... Took the egg up to about 700 and did the shrimp about a minute on each side. The clementine sections went well with the dressing. I added the lotus root for contrast, looks neat, but didn't add any flavor or snap. Next time I make this, might opt for some fried strips of eggroll wrapper.[p][p]

Howdy Warren!
Man that looks like a good (and healthy) meal. I would like some please.[p]I noticed at the bottom of your post it says "dressing recipe:"....but a recipe I see not.
Any chance of filling in the blanks?? I'd love to try that. Been a few years since I cooked with miso.[p]Hope all is well on the homefront.

Yowza! Man, I was out. That water flowin sound had me dreamin in lala land! That decapitated trapeeze artist didn't bother me one bit neither! [p]I think that was the first overnight I have ever spent in a hammock, and lemme tellya.....I was stylin. Never been treated so much like a king as we were at the Alf ranch![p]Cheers!
