New Fish/Veggie Pan

Hello,[p]I just went and treated myself to some new Eggcessories for my BDay. I purchased the Fish/Veggie pan and would like to try it out this evening. Does anyone have any recommendations of something quick and easy to throw on this tonight? I was thinking possibly grilled shrimp or fajitas or something. [p]Thanks,
