Mexican Meatloaf Is a Winner !!!

Oh yes, the Mexican Meatloaf won over the Ranger 1 family tonight. The Jalepeno Corn Casserole was good, but next time we gotta chunck most of that garlic. We doggies that stuff is stout! GFW and SpiceCooks, your cooking instructions were perfect and the time was perfect! Thanks so much for the idea and all of the help. For those of you who have not given these two dishes a try, what are you waitin for....go for it. R1

That looks like my meat loaf when it came out of the EGG! Glad everyone enjoyed it. We certainly do like it here. I used to cook it in the oven till Mr EGG came along. Thanks for the kind words everyone.
