61chev,
They look very moist. Did you foil them?

Those look very good. I guess next time you will have to do more if you're going to give them away. :laugh:Dave San Jose, CA The Duke of Loney

Those look great. Be down your way next month for early muzzy season south of Red Oak.

Ohhh, my back!! Hey, I'll send you my address and you can get a couple of racks headed my way. I'm sure that will do the trick. Hehehee.Happy Trails~thirdeye~Barbecue is not rocket surgery

Come to think of it my back has been ailing me lately.

OOps OMT Indirect ?????
-
Yes indirect 4 1/2 hr at 225 sauced lightly last 1/2 hr

ooops!! forgot these were loin backs from Sam's Club They were very meaty alot more than most I get there
I still have trouble with the spares I do always in the learning process family just loves my practicing -
When I saw your pic I was thinking they looked just like the 3 pack of loin backs I bought at Sams last weekend. For $2.29/# they looked like a pretty good deal. I'm glad to see they certainly have potential. I'm planning on firing the egg up this weekend and giving them a little tender loving care in my ceramic sauna
Thanks for the look!
