Cooked cedar planked salmon on the large BGE, direct, 380F for 25 minutes. Soaked the planks for 3 hours or so. Put those puppies on, closed the lid, no adjusting, took them off, and they were fantastic!!! BGE ROCKS!!! No messing around on this one. I know you guys like pictures, so I will start posting them. Next week - turkey, or maybe my first butt!!! Thanks for the help.
