Smoked Baby-Back ribs on the BGE...

Yellow mustard and dry rub. Ribs smoked with a mix of apple and cherry wood at 225* for 2 1/2 hours; then, 'Texas crutched' for 1 1/2 hours; then, de-foiled and mopped with Stubb's Spicy for another 30 min. So, I guess you could say it's a 2.5/1.5/.5

Those look good. Congrats on the win. Tried Stubbs regular BBQ sauce last weekend and liked it. Not sweet enough for my sweetie, so I added to it. But good depth of flavor.
