Pre cook the crust.
Pizza sauce.
Pepperoni, Mozzarella, Onions, Green pepper, Olives and Mushrooms
A peek down the top.
Finished but, the crust got too much heat. I won't precook the crust next time. It was good and I plan to get better raws and get a system and do it right.

Looks pretty darn good from this end Tim.
Maybe just not precooking the crust would do the trick.
