Stuffed chops and sides

I stuffed the thick pork chops with local peach and avacado. Dusted with hot Bone Sucking Rub. first time tasting that rub.

Smoked with cherry and pecan. Also had a yam and asparagus. Made some hatch and peach salsa and sliced avacado.
