of this years supply of Hatch NM green chiles are roasted, peeled, portioned and in the bank (freezer).
I roasted them on the large BGE and Weber performer. Been at it 6 hrs. Relaxing with a glass of wine.
Next weekend starts this year's wine making. The NAPA valley crop is coming in at Corrado's in Clifton NJ so it's a road trip for my wife and I next Saturday.
