Curious what folks might do with leftover pulled pork (or any other BBQ for that matter.)
Used up mine last night making some delicious pulled pork risotto.

I usually use some for BBQ beans.

I often stuff left over chicken or pork in a pepper and add cheese, then wrap in bacon. I use mild flavored peppers but any one will work.

Like to do something Mexican; pp, tortillas, cheese, tomatoes, get creative.

Add it to beans, chili, make ABTs, tacos, burritos, put it on pizza, make enchiladas, sandwiches, the sky is the limit.
It's not really leftovers. I like to think of it as plannedovers.
 :woohoo:

We did Pulled pork reubens at the PA Eggfest yesterday, they came out great!

We use it for green chile sauce on burritos and for tostadas
-
We make pulled pork eggrolls mixing the leftover slaw w/ sauce and the meat. Our other favorite is carnitas tacos.
