Now THAT looks like great burnt ends. Not like that wimpy, meteorite stuff that they call burnt ends at BBQ contests. :S
I also like the Cow Lick and the Blues Hog (though I might have added a little more Blues Hog near the end to make it juicier)

You just literally made my mouth water!!!

Whooooo needs Brisket...when the the "Mr. Brown's" taste sooo good!!
EvansI spent most of my money on good bourbon, and bad women...the rest, I just wasted!! -
I've only done brisket once (almost picked up a 12 pounder today, but the fridge was full).

Hey Hoss!!! Been doing fine, just been busy with work. I am hoping to be on here a little more regularly. How have you been doing? I see you picked up the ball with the AwwwwLawwwdddd saying. That is great! Only a true Southerner can pull it off...

looks fantastic, Frank !

I've never done burnt ends either. Every time someone posts pictures of them I tell myself 'I've gotta try that' this may just be the post that gets me to try them. Looks good enough to eat!
-
Frank, Like TNmike, I haven't yet done burnt ends..
I sure don't know why!
3 question's for you pleeeeeze!
What cut of meat?
How long and what temp?
Thank you sooo much! I promise I'll make it soon!
 -
Ricklesss - Probably haven't done them for the same reason I have never done them before. Didn't have any left over brisket.
But this time I separated the point from the flat before cooking the brisket specifically for burnt ends.
I followed thirdeye's process
Here it is:

There is always room for brisket!
-
Ha! I should have known to go to thirdeye's site!
Thank you Frank, I shurely appreciate it!
One brisket, coming up!
