Delicious White Fish

A neighbor brought by this beautiful fish he speared in the Gulf of Mexico. I seasoned it with Dizzy Pig Shakin' the Tree, basil, mint, dill and cilantro. Cooked at 300 on cedar plank until fish was 145 internal. It was awesome!

Ain't that the truth. I went to buy some fish at the store the other day and they wanted to up the price cause it came with 10W-30 on it!

It is very good at this and has won several awards. The only holes in this fish was when I stabbed it with my fork!

Thanks, Molly. I think I am going to do some Butts this week. Between the quality of the food the Egg turns out and the quality of the photos I am getting with my Canon 7D camera, I am having a pretty good time!
