Spring Chicken

I didn't really make the connection between "Loney" and "Bologna" until a few months ago. I thought to myself, "Self, you've smoked some bologna before and it was pretty good."

So I went looking for the recipe or photo or something to remind me of what I did.

Today I just happened on this picture while looking for something else. It was taken back in 2004 0r 2005.



And if I recall, it wasn't my idea. Someone else suggested it. My suspicions are inclined toward Richard Florida. Sounds like him but I could be wrong.

It was pretty good then if I recall, only I had just had a heart attack and bologna (aka Loney) was not on the list of edibles.
