Large - towing smokers

Hey Guys, I have been smoking on my egg for years, but have recently been thinking about getting one of these big, towable cookers.

I would mainly use for fundraisers, family cook-outs, and church events, but maybe some catering down the road. Any thoughts on what type to purchase?

I have been looking too. I am about to pull the trigger on a Lang smoker. www.pigroast.com Reverse flow design. I was thinking of an lang 84 with the waring rack that you also can smoke in.

There are a lot of people there that do competition cooking and can help with deciding which cooker to get. Why not a travel trailer with a bunch of eggs in nests? Jupiter Jim has a pic of his trailer with four eggs and a bunch of other stuff a couple of posts below.
