Turkey on small

Got lots of folks coming for Turkey Day. Have a 20+ pounder for the large, but think I need a second.[p]What's the best way to go indirect on a small to do a turkey? What's the largest turkey I can fit on the small?[p]Thanks!

I have no idea how big of a turkey you can get on a small, but you can look at the "tips" section of my website and see several set-ups to do indirect on the small...HTH[p]Wess

Marine Cook,[p]Think the air space between the rack and the pan is enough to qualify for the label indirect. That said, have used a couple of 6 inch clay tiles under the pan, just didn't see that much difference ...
