Quick Dinner -- Chicken Kabobs
Wazoo

Saw this item in Costco and decided to give it a try. Turned out great - about 400 @ 6-7 minutes per side, with smoke for extra flavor. Quick and easy dinner entre.

Interesting, have not seen those at Costco but will look next time I go. Do you think you could cut the package and freeze 2 or 3 sections at a time? I usually cook for 2 and it looks like they are individually cryovaced. How was the flavor? Sometimes I find pre-marinated foods have an off aftertaste.

Flavor was good, but we spiced them up a bit -- our preference. Yep, you can cut them into individual sections/parts to eat "as you please."

Great. Thanks for the info, we need to go to Costco this week.
