Nothing on the egg tonight. I am the statistician for the football team at the high school where I teach and I was covering our first round playoff victory tonight. Tomorrow, however, will be spent making a big batch of Brunswick stew for the freezer (and for dinner). I really enjoy cooking in my dutch oven on my small egg.

I have 2 boston butts totaling about 10lbs. When I called my Sister and her husband and wished them both a happy birthday, he said... "Will you be delivering the smoked meat"? I knew what he wanted for his birthday! :-)
