Iam looking to attempt a brisket. I live near Peoria & was wondering the best place to get my brisket. Also any tips on prep & cook time/temp. I know time is approx. Any help would be appreciated

I get mine from Sams club. I use dizztpig cow lick and garlic salt for a rub. I cook at 225-250 until it hits 180-190.
