Egg Table Configuration

Good Morning and Thank You in advance for your input,

I need to build a table to hold my large and small eggs.

What side of the egg(s) does the table belong on?

Table to the right of the egg? or Table to the left of the egg?

Learning to cook on an egg has been painfull: steped barefoot on hot coal twice, flashback took eyebrow and lashes once.... But very much worth it....Small price to pay for properly cooked pig parts.

That is entirely up to you. I put the egg on the left because I am right handed.

Yup, right handed, egg on the left and vice versa. Ambidexterios, table on both sides.

fixed if for you....

i have mine on the right and am right handed. Next time I have some muscle over i'm going to spin the egg around.
