First Hanger Steak

Did my first hanger steak it was wonderful but I think I will stick with my ribeyes.

There was nothing I did not like about it but I guess I am just stuck on ribeyes. It was moist juicy and very tender.

gotcha....its a personal kinda thing. ..i always prefer a strip to a ribeye myself . ..but i like the hangers best of all ...you can send me yours!! . LOL ..

Hangars are our favorite and yours look great. We had some friends over a few weeks ago & cooked hangars, flat irons & ribeyes. We cooked them all the same because we wanted a taste & tenderness test...the hangars came in first, flat irons 2nd & ribeyes 3rd....but everyone likes different things...

Patti, we normally have those two as well rib eyes for guests, & my wife loves Hanger steak so we normally have those ones when in our own, besides it seems everywhere you go here in parties they serve hanger.. :unsure:

We do all have our favorites. Max the master got me my first hanger steak in Atlanta. I believe they taste better no more that cooked medium at most. what do you think Max. Looked from the pic it was well done. Might want to give it another taste test.
