I am planning on cooking a London Broil for the game this Saturday for a friend and his family. I have him hooked on the Egg already and now I want to blow his mind so I want to cook a killer LB for him. Any Suggestions?

Zilm,
350-400 direct with cooking grid on the fire ring, flip once to sear both sides, cook to internal temperature of 135-140, pull it, wrap it, and let it rest 10 minutes. Slice across the grain, save the juices for your baked potato.

Zilm,
The only thing I can add to the response below is if you want it rarer, pull at 130 internal. The temp will continue to rise 5 -8 degrees after wrapping.
London broil also takes marinades very well.
