Maple Crusted Salmon

I tried Nature Boy's Maple Crusted Salmon on the egg last night, and my taste buds are still tingling. MrsBBQBluesStringer (now Carpe Ovum) doesn't care for fish so I treated 3 skinless, boneless chicken breasts the same way. Boy, were they ever good! I did make one slight modification to the recipe though and I highly recommend it. I added an equal amount of Capt'n Morgan's to the maple syrup that got drizzled on the fish and chicken at the end of the cook.[p]Sorry, no pictures this time. It didn't last that long.
