butt reheating

Saturday, I took a bunch of folks to the Busch Series race here in atlanta. When we got there, I realized that since I'd refrigerated the butts overnight and then put them in the world's greatest cooler, the meat was too cold to eat. I needed a reheating solution, or at least a warming one...[p]what I did was lay all three gallon bags on the hood of my black trailblazer at 10:30am at 83 degrees greenhouse temp, and flipped every 15 minutes for one hour. [p]Result: great pulled pork sammiches to go with the cold beers and the racing. [p]

No I didn't...that was what I was worried about. My spam blocker has been on some sort of rebellious kick of late and has been letting through everything referring to my hairline, lack of date getting ability, and status of my mortgage application, while blocking things regarding eggdom such as egg table e-mails and lawnranger communications.[p]Did you send it from your profile e-mail?
