Saturday, I took a bunch of folks to the Busch Series race here in atlanta. When we got there, I realized that since I'd refrigerated the butts overnight and then put them in the world's greatest cooler, the meat was too cold to eat. I needed a reheating solution, or at least a warming one...[p]what I did was lay all three gallon bags on the hood of my black trailblazer at 10:30am at 83 degrees greenhouse temp, and flipped every 15 minutes for one hour. [p]Result: great pulled pork sammiches to go with the cold beers and the racing. [p]
