julio,[p]Here's something that easy and might be out of the ordinary...
Marinate the chops for a couple hours in a mixture of about 4:1 soy sauce/worcestershire sauce with freshly grated ginger and chopped garlic.... a few dashes of toasted sesame oil will give it a nice zip along with a dash of cayenne.
Grill hot and don't overcook...... this is a family standard.[p]Another easy recipe is to marinate for a few hours in a jerk seasoning..... you should be able to find a few bottled varieties .... hard to go wrong with the flavor of pork and jerk.[p]Nature Boy has a nice brined chop recipe with lemon grass in the recipe section but for some reason, I can't find it... [p]Whatever you cook, let us know what you did and how they turned out.[p]Good Luck!

    julio,
I marinate overnight in Stubb's pork marinade and then sprinkle on Dizzy Dust before grilling. I have these probably once a week.

    David From RI,
Wow. That sounds really good. Not tried maple syrup and soy together, but I use a bunch of both all the time. Wow. Gotta try that. Do you hit them with a glaze at the end? What temp do you cook to keep the maple syrup from burning?[p]I sent some rubs to a David in Rhode Island today! Guessing it is you.
    Cheers!
