Replacing the felts on both top and bottom. Using the stock replacement. How long do I need to wait till I can cook?

    The instructions say 24 hours. However, if faced with the prospects of cooking or not cooking, well.... :-) But seriously, I've replaced a gasket and cooked soon thereafter with no apparent ill effect.
