Help!! I Need Recipes for London Broil.

I am making a London Broil Tommorrow. Please post ideas on marinades,rubs and cook times and temps.[p]Thanks

    SmokeMaster,[p]There's no real "formula" for a London Broil. You can marinade it if you want, or not; rub it if you want, or not; and cook it any way you'd like, from rare to well done. [p]But aside from what you might choose to marinade or rub the meat with, you'll want to cook it direct, using the usual guidelines for done-ness: shoot for 130°-135° for medium-rare, and go from there. Let it rest once you've pulled it off the grill.[p]Think of London Broil as a steak, albeit a fairly tough but flavorful one, that needs to be sliced thin and across the grain for serving.[p]You might check the Recipe link on this site for suggestions on steaks/round roast (such as tri-tip) marinades and rubs.[p]Bob
