Pork Shoulder Country Style Boneless Ribs
Picked up "Pork Shoulder Country Style Boneless Ribs" since they had a good price @ the local market. These are cut in meaty strips. I was thinking maybe I could rub them up and put them on a skewer. Anybody have ideas on how to cook these up on the Egg?

Le Egg, I cant wait till you get an answer, i have done them twice in the last 2 months and was unhappy.. next time i will try foil & a much longer slow cook , as they seem to dry out a bit..
