Pork Shoulder Country Style Boneless Ribs

Picked up "Pork Shoulder Country Style Boneless Ribs" since they had a good price @ the local market. These are cut in meaty strips. I was thinking maybe I could rub them up and put them on a skewer. Anybody have ideas on how to cook these up on the Egg?
