Computer question from illiterate puter person

For the past 2 weeks, my laptop will not open up all the pictures inside of a post. It also will not go past the first page on the forum... it times out trying to open page 2. My laptop is 3 months old, and I was not having any problems, then one day this just started happening. If anyone knows how to solve this, please let me know.

Maybe just the forum server as I've been having problems lately also with pages timing out.
Sometime clearing your temporary files (cache) helps -
Firefox : Tools | Options | Advanced | Network Tab - Clear Now.
IE 8: Tools | internet Options | Browsing History - Delete (Select desired options, deleting cookies may loose some some web site settings)

Thank you, Dave, but maybe you didn't understand that I am computer challenged, so you already went and got too technical on me! I don't know if I have firefox or the other, and don't know where to even look for that stuff.

at the top of your open window it will tell you whether you are running firefox or internet explorer. my guess is explorer, because you'd have to have installed firefox yourself.
if it is explorer, simply follow the little menu options that he listed in order.

Faith: Regardless of the company, they should offer 24 hour tech support by phone, and the puter should have come with at least a years warrantee. Look through your paperwork or in the computers help area for a 24 hour tech number. They should be able to either walk you through diagnostics and updates, or as I do with HP, I let them take control remotely (but I watch every move they make!) They'll get you through it! Take advantage of the warrantee!!
