Thanksgiving ABT's

After all this recent talk about ABT's, I want some suggestions. I'm egging a prime rib for turkey day but want some theme appitizers. I'm thinking of blending minced dried cranberries, rosemary, S&P, chopped walnuts or cashews, smoked turkey (leg meat) and cream cheese for ABT filling. Any comments or adders? This combination is good on sandwiches, just not sure about the peppers.
