The rest of the story... warming the ribs

The rest of the story... I posted several days ago asking about keeping ribs warm for several hours (so I could get them from my egg to the tailgate).[p]Well... I devised a scheme that I thought some of you might find handy.[p]I created a warming oven with my cooler... layer #1 - (in the bottom of the cooler) a towel and a potholder, layer two - aluminium tray, layer 3 - firebrick heated (for 30 minutes at 400 degrees), layer 4 - another towel, layer 5 aluminium tray with ribs inside covered with foil. [p]I took the ribs off the grill at about 190, sat them in my oven and we ate 'em three hours later. They were peel off the bone moist (as always) and still steaming with I took them out. Beautiful. [p]
KevinH... turns out we were at AMC as well... didn't know that until we left. I'll hook you up next time.
