a lot had dropped already. I was going to do a cobbler but decided on Kim's rum cake LOL

used coconut rum and added blueberries very good and hard to wait for it to cool. had a little vanilla ice cream with it. Perfect


It was pretty dark out so the baking pics hardly show up. took out the lantern and that helped LOL the days are shortening :(

ha ha dinner was healthy but dessert...... there is a whole stick of butter in the rum glaze :pinch: but oh so good

it was hard not to just stick a straw in there Molly :( all I could smell was rum and coconut and butter darn.... :(
