I tried another recipe from Planet Barbecue and found a winner. This was so simple and so delicious I know that we will enjoy it again and again.
The combination of pork, Dijon, prunes, and bacon hit every note in the flavor profile.







We served it with a little roasted corn and avocado salad. (Aida Mollenkamp recipe) I hope you give it a try.
