The wife picked up two centercut chops on the bone and two off, and we want to try a couple different things. [p]Any suggestions?

<p />Mark Backer,[p]Call me simple, but I like 'em with just salt, pepper, and olive oil.[p]They're also good marinated in Raspberry Chipotle Sauce.[p]TRex

Mark Backer,[p]Dizzy Pig's Red Eye Express is our favorite on pork chops. I do mine at 500° flipping once (maybe a turn if I want pretty grill marks) until an internal of 140°.[p]Steve-B

Mark Backer, if they are thick i trex them, olive oil salt pepper, finely chopped rosemary. push the spices in with a spoon. if thin, quick sear, take off grill and wrap in tin foil for a few minutes. same as i would for center cut lamb chops

Mark Backer,[p]There are several pork chop recipes in the Wise's BGE online cookbook "pork" section. I really like the one by Nature Boy for brined chops in the "brine" section (the recipe has apple juice & lemongrass)they are excellent![p]
