Bullet Bob,
I cook mine at 450° and turn them every five minutes until they reach 140°...let rest for ten minutes coverd in foil and the slice and serve.

YB,[p]Do you sear them first??

Bullet Bob,[p]There is a guy cooking them on 810 today at 4. Looked for you Sunday but no luck. I walked over about 10, will try this week. How about The King opening up the gates at 8:30 instead of 9. Think he is trying to make friends for the vote next week?[p]CWM[p]

Bullet Bob,
Just so I'm clear... you are talking about your 20 pork tenderloins. Right?[p]If so, I did mine like YB... only I grilled at 400, and only turned them once (rougly 1/2 of the way through). Also, I'd recommend taking them off just short of your desired "doneness".... letting them finish cooking under your aluminium wrap.

Bullet Bob,
No....They end up with a nice crust on them this way.
