Tailgating result...going with ribs - one more question, though
I plan on finishing the ribs around 2:30pm, wrapping them in aluminum foil and covering with a towel in my cooler until 6, or so... is this safe? [p]Trying to avoid intestinal "issues" ...man, do I need a mini. [p]

One of the King's Men,[p]I really don't know if it will be safe. I think so. A mini wouldn't help reheat. A small would do better. I take my mini to the game to cook a couple staeks or shrimp skewers.[p]CWM
