last evening - spur-of-the-moment - decided to grill zucchini - sprinkled on "cavender's" all purpose greek seasoning - grilled 10/12 minutes / 350 - wonderful

I found out about those thin sliced grilled potatoes with JJ's rub on a spur-of-the-moment decision. They are great.[p]Sometimes that is how the best stuff is figured out!!
How did you cut the zucchini, or did you??? Did you coat with oil??[p]Thanks
