One...Cow..Santa Maria Style...(but with sweet red vermouth, instead of red wine)

Two...Bison with a blackberry balsamic reduction.

Gonna do'em the same...but finish them a little different.

Well see how they turn out.

I was just thinking of you and Tri-Tips.

My neighbor and fellow Egghead, Lucky Mon, called this morning to see if I wanted him to pick up a Tri-Tip at Randalls. He said they were on sale at 30% off from $7.69 a pound to $5.99 (with Club Card). Got a nice two-pounder and trying to figure out what to do with it.
