Just a heads up in case some of you are in the area. Dizzy Pig will be venturing with our trailer full of Eggs to New Paltz NY for the Hudson Valley Ribfest http://www.hudsonvalleyribfest.org/ this weekend. The NEBS grilling contest is Saturday, and the KCBS contest Sunday. First time up there and I hear it's a beautiful area. There will be 70 teams competing, and we'll be pulling in Friday afternoon. If'n you are lookin' for sumthin to do, or just wanna talk Eggs, swing by and say howdy.
