What is the best method to cook bone-in chicken breast?

MSmith,
I would do it indirect. Put you favorite rub on it, set the dome at 350. If not using a probe, it should be done and juicy in about an hour. [p]Jerry

Why indirect?

MSmith,
besides an answer here's a recipe that we really like using bone in chicken breasts.

MSmith,
My bad. I didn't mean indirect. It will be fine direct and brown the skin better. I think it will cook just as it would in the whole chicken. Only the breast does cook quicker. [p]Jerry

MSmith,
I cook them indirect with platesetter at about 400. Rub them with peanut oil and your favorite rub, 50 minutes and you will have some great chicken!
