Well, I finally got a pizza peel two weeks ago and then had to find a good time to make some pizza. That happened to be tonight and be more often now that I've done it. WOW!!!! I did have and uh-oh getting my first pizza off[p]HamandPineappleBroken.jpg[p]Here is the second pizza right before it went on[p]MushroomPepperandOnionBefore.jpg[p]

JM3,[p]Wow they look mighty tasty. I too discovered pizza on the egg about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Now it's a twice a week thing in our house, at least. There are so many way to make them. The wife and I like a cream cheese, minced garlic and oregano mixture for the sauce and then top with sliced roma tomatoes thinly sliced red onion, bell pepper, fetta cheese and mozzarella cheese. yum yum.[p]You may want to look at getting a super peel. I love mine, no more stuck pizas, no more shaking ingrediants off the pizza when trying to get it to slide off the peel. I have a peel just like yours and I use it to take the pizzas off the egg when done. Check it out....Here's the link for it.[p]Semper Fi,[p]MC

JM3,[p]Gotta love those monkeys. Mine drive now, and I don't know how that could be possible.
