Spatchcock cornish hens??
Cornbread Willy
Posts: 103
I haven't prepared cornish hens on the egg before - would spatchocking them work well, you think? If I do a full sized chicken I usually leave it for an hour - adjusting for the size difference, do you think a half hour at 350 is long enough, too long? Does anyone have a better suggestion for cooking these things?[p]Oh yeah, if anyone has any ideas for acorn squash I have one of those too![p]Happy Saturday Supper everybody!![p]

Sure you can Spatchcock a cornish hen. I don't remember how long I cooked them, but it was probably 45 minutes at 350ish. Good luck!
