Raging River Salmon - Whoa Baby!

Oh my God! I did some thick salmon fillets with good coating of Raging River from Dizzy Pig, and all I have to say is where have you been all my life? I've always loved salmon on the egg, but Raging River put it over the top. I'll have no trouble getting my recommended 2-3 servings of fin-fish a week from now on. Even MrsBBQBluesStringer liked it, and she's not a fish fan at all.

    yep, you've now been to the promised land!!! try doing it on a bed of lemon slices. . .just slice up 3 large lemons real thin, lay the lemons on your grid, and grill the fish on top of them. won't get pretty grill marks, but you won't get any sticking and the lemons add some additional flavor and moistness to the fish. ..the raging river also works great with salmon on cedar planks. . ..
