Perch on the Egg?

I'm going to do some nice fresh Perch later this week, and I am looking for suggestions. I was thinking of planking it - does that work well for a sweet delicate fish?

Planking is great.I would use some sweet wood.Maple comes to mind.Pearch may be too delicate for cedar.Alder may be OK.Just my take on it.
