Pulled Pork, baked beans and coleslaw bowl...

This past weekend I ran across something kind of yummy...it was at an outdoor Blues Festival, and a barbecue vendor was selling the usual dish's.
The one that caught my eye however was named a "Blue's Bowl", and it was a big bowl of pulled pork, mixed with baked beans with coleslaw on top...
She told me that in Texas at some of the rodeo's they sell it, and it's called a "Cowboy Cocktail".
Anyhow, I bought, it and liked it....
Just thought I'd mention to you all.
It's a combo I'd never heard of before.

Blues and BBQ, can't beat that. The "Blues Bowl" sounds pretty good. My husband loves a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw, so this may be a hit. I'll have to give it a try. Thanks!!!
