batfire,[p]for me it is 140 then i usually wrap to move the temp close to 145

batfire,[p]I took the one last night to 152 internal. I've done 140 before and it was fine. As Alton Brown said just this week, we were all taught to fear pork and eating things that could hurt us, but that really isn't a problem anymore. Don't worry about undercooked too much as long as you get to 140.
Judge for yourself if it was juicy enough. It tasted awesome. [p][p]John

batfire, 140-150 is just fine. Any higher and it starts drying out. Like Mr. Toad said, pull at 140 and let it rest and it will go to 145-150. Slice it and lick yore lips.
