Looking for EggFest2004 Ribeye recipe

I had some delicious ribeye around 1:15p near the restaurant entrance and across from the guy with Shrimp ABTs. I think the person was behind Madmax's daughter's egg. Anyway the ribeye was marinated in a combo of apple juice and other stuff. Anyone know the cook or the recipe?[p]Thanks,

TonyMark,I think that was ? Wess B cooking cubes of pork marinated in ? olive oil and Mrs Dogs jerk seasoning. There were several people around, including moi, who remarked that it tasted like Beef tenderlion.It was REALLY good...Maybe someone will help us out...marinade, time, temp ???

Wise One,[p]I think this may be it. I was definitely Beef Ribeye that was very rare. I only overheard the Apple cider ingredient as I walked away with the samples. Anyway thank for the info. [p]TonyMark
