Thanks Clay I just ripped through the handle in about 30 seconds so I'll have a little grinding to do later. Actually there was no adult beverages consumed today maybe I need to make a doctors appointment? :ohmy:

Oops.
Next time you're in a good antique store, look for some Wagner Ware or Griswold. WW will be cheaper for some reason, but I think it's just as good. I like either much more than Lodge. Something about Lodge's rough casting that just bugs me. Plus, WW and Griswold were made back in the good old days - when men were men and CI was CI!!
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

pat, those look great!!. ..next time try doing the braise with some hearty red wine like a burgundy or a chianti....then save the braising juices for a nice pan sauce for the ribs....good stuff!!!
