    Chief,[p]When the firebrick configuration is used (base with two or three legs edgeways) it looks like an upside down stool with 4-5 bricks. That is just as good and does exactly the same thing as the plate setter - the setter is just more convenient to use since its one piece not 5.[p]Tim - pictures on my web site of both

    Thanks again Tim.....I purchased the plate setter for $25. I will use it next week......
