Well the 2004 Eggtoberfest is over and nearly 600 tired but not hungry participants are setlling back for a relaxing even with visions of moose, tomato pie, escargo, crawfish ring, turducken, sausages, pulled pork, cornbread, meatlaof, stuffed flank steaaaak, the great pumpkin, gingersnap cookies, and all the other goodies just floating in their minds. However to bring those visions back to reality, I need to get all the recipes I can collected into a cookbook to help those of us who were there to replicate the feast and to tempt those who didn't make it into showing up next year. If you cooked, we would certainly appreciate your recipes so that we can share. Send them to Recipes@BigGreenEgg.com and we'll put together the EGGtoberfest 2004 Cookbook for everyone's enjoyment. [p]Thanks to all who cooked for a great EGGtoberfest.
